    • If dissatisfied with a specific service in a bundle, a refund is applicable only for that service.

    • Non-refundable services include Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
    • Refunds are not entertained once the client approves the website design for development.
    • A money-back guarantee applies only if the client entirely rejects initial designs. Additional concepts or modifications incur a 33% deduction for incurred costs.
